Ocean Plastic Plant Pot
Design of a multi-part flowerpot mold for production with recycled plastic. The aim was to develop a mold set that would allow a larger plant pot to be produced on a small injection molding machine (PreciousPlastic).

Knife mould
Design and final implementation of knife mold for production with recycled plastic. The blades from El.Herder from Solingen are placed in the mold and melted with recycled plastic. The mold was designed so that 3 knives can be produced at the same time with one injection.

Plants are Purple - safety razor
Design of a razor mold for production with recycled plastic. The aim was to develop a mold that could produce the largest possible number of razor handles and to overmold a threaded insert for a secure connection to the razor head.
Production was 1200 units/month. -
Screwdriver set
Design of a mold for a screwdriver set to be manufactured from recycled plastic. The goal was to develop a mold that can accommodate the most common bits and sockets as well as the bit holder screwdriver.

Peg mould
Design of a clamp mould for another recycling work area. The aim was to construct a mould that would allow 8 clamps to be moulded in a single shot. The mould is now used for school workshops.
